Omg, I had the best experience with them today! I spoke with Cami the owner, and she was able to make me a praline and cream king cake, and substitute the sprinkles for pecans!! She was so nice and helpful!! 10 out of 10!!

I had such a great experience with Small Cakes! Getting a quote was super easy and the owner was incredibly friendly and kind. It honestly felt like I was buying from a friend. The cupcakes came out beautiful and were ready right on time. I loved that they kept me updated while they were being made which really showed how much they care. I ordered them for a golf tournament and they were an absolute hit! Everyone kept stopping to ask if I made them because they looked so good. The quality, presentation, and taste were all amazing and the price was very reasonable. But what really stood out was the customer service. It was truly above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough. 10 out of 10 would definitely order again!
Fantastic kingcakes! Some of the best kingcake bread around. I highly recommend the french brioche. I like the blackberry bourbon a lot as well. It wasn't the typical jelly in kingcakes as the blackberries were actually cooked down. I loved the occasional bite of berry or seed.
To commemorate my birthday, I convinced myself to go all in and buy a custom birthday cake from Smallcakes Baton Rouge. Y’all. If your momma was in the vicinity, I would’ve slapped her. The cake was sweet (but not overly), moist, flavorful, and one of a kind. I’ve literally never had anything like it!! If I had to describe it in one word, it would be layered. The cake was layered. The flavors were layered. And my back expanded a few layers after enjoying the cake with my family. Bonus: The staff were incredibly friendly and I could tell the cake was made with care, quality ingredients, and my preferences top of mind. 10/10!
My husband and I were having a crazy day (long story short: a different bakery had messed up our gender reveal cake) but Gabby at Smallcakes helped to make our day so much better!!! We are so happy with our experience here (it was our very first time but definitely not the last!!!) We got to find out our babies gender with some absolutely amazingly delicious cupcakes (by far the best we’ve ever had!!!) Thank you Smallcakes, especially sweet Gabby, for making our reveal special and turning our bad day into one of our very best!!! WE LOVE THIS PLACE ❤️
Absolutely love Smallcakes and the owner makes it even better! I often online order their cupcakes just because I’m craving them, and the king cakes are one of a kind. The minis are a hit too. Everything fresh and delicious! Last year, Cami made our holidays special after a hard year and she’s always looking out for the community around her and her business. I’ll always support Smallcakes and the amazing cupcakes (plus all of her other treats) are just an added bonus.
10/10 would definitely recommend going here! They were a little bit behind on making our king cake, so they ended up giving us 4 free cupcakes and some pupcakes on them for us waiting 20 minutes. They were super kind and apologetic. Definitely will be coming back! Great experience.
